Obstetrics and gynecology services are intended for women’s health care and monitoring at various stages of life. Obstetrician-gynecologists provide consultations on general gynecological health, perform preventive examinations, diagnose and treat gynecological conditions, and manage sexually transmitted infections.
Consultations are also provided on contraception, fertility, early pregnancy, and pregnancy care. When necessary, patients are given medical information and assistance regarding pregnancy termination, in accordance with applicable medical requirements.

During the consultation, the doctor evaluates complaints, diagnoses gynecological conditions, and provides advice on contraception, fertility, pregnancy planning, and pregnancy care. If needed, diagnostic tests are prescribed or a further care plan is established.
A pelvic ultrasound examination allows evaluation of the uterus, ovaries, and other pelvic organs. The examination is commonly performed when diagnosing gynecological conditions, in cases of menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, or for monitoring treatment progress. The examination is performed during an obstetrician-gynecologist consultation.
A fetal ultrasound examination is performed during pregnancy to assess fetal growth, development, and overall condition. The condition of the uterus and placenta is also evaluated. This examination helps monitor the course of pregnancy and identify potential abnormalities in a timely manner.
3D fetal ultrasound provides a more detailed view of the fetus and allows evaluation of its development. The examination is performed as an additional ultrasound procedure during pregnancy. If required, fetal images may be provided to the patient.
Fetal cardiotocography (CTG) is an examination used to monitor the fetal heart rate and uterine contractions during pregnancy. The examination helps assess fetal well-being and is most often performed in later stages of pregnancy or as prescribed by a physician.
Insertion of an intrauterine device (IUD) with the device included is a procedure performed by an obstetrician-gynecologist for long-term pregnancy prevention. During the procedure, an IUD appropriate to the patient’s needs and medical indications is inserted into the uterus. Prior to the procedure, a consultation is conducted to assess suitability of the method and discuss alternative contraceptive options.
