Endobiogenics

Endobiogenics is a holistic approach to assessing bodily functions, based on the interaction between the neuroendocrine and autonomic systems. During the consultation, the aim is to understand individual regulatory patterns of the body.

What Is Endobiogenics?

Endobiogenics is a modern complementary medical methodology that views the human body as an integrated network of hormonal, nervous, and immune systems. It was developed by French physicians Dr. Jean-Claude Lapraz and Dr. Christian Duraffourd, who studied the body’s regulatory processes for more than four decades.

Endobiogenics helps evaluate the body’s internal balance based on blood test analysis, symptom assessment, and physical examination. The focus is not only on what is disrupted, but also on why, making it easier to identify the underlying causes of chronic complaints and to develop an individualized health support plan.

In our practice, we apply the principles of personalized medicine. Each patient is unique; therefore, we do not use standardized, pre-designed algorithms. The health plan is created individually, taking into account the specific health condition, physiological needs, and lifestyle factors. Recommendations may include phytotherapy, dietary adjustments, supplement selection, and other solutions tailored specifically to the patient.

Endobiogenics is based on a holistic view of the human body—we assess the organism as a coherent, integrated system. Rather than focusing on isolated markers, we evaluate how all bodily systems interact. This approach helps to understand not only symptoms, but also their origin.

Who May Benefit?

An endobiogenics consultation is suitable both for individuals with existing complaints and for preventive purposes. Patients most often seek consultation when they:

  • experience chronic fatigue or fluctuating energy levels;
  • suffer from PMS, irregular menstrual cycles, or menopausal symptoms;
  • have acne, skin rashes, eczema, or allergies;
  • experience sleep or digestive disturbances or frequent immune weakness;
  • have recurrent colds or inflammatory conditions;
  • notice mood swings, anxiety, or persistent tension;
  • struggle to regain their usual well-being after stress or illness.

Endobiogenics is also suitable for individuals seeking to prevent future imbalances and maintain long-term health equilibrium.

How to Prepare for Endobiogenics Blood Tests

  • Arrive for blood testing before 10:00 a.m. (optimally around 9:00 a.m.).
  • Avoid fatty foods, sweets, and alcohol for 1–2 days before testing. Do not eat or drink for 10–12 hours prior to testing (only water is allowed).
  • Do not smoke on the morning of the test.
  • Avoid significant stress and ensure adequate sleep; if you have traveled, blood testing is recommended at least a few days after a flight.
  • Avoid sports for at least 2 days prior to testing; avoid intense physical exertion, deep massages, unusual physical activity, or invasive procedures.
  • If you have had a viral or bacterial infection and/or taken antibiotics, blood tests should be performed 2 weeks after full recovery and completion of medication.
  • Discontinue supplements and vitamins 3–7 days before testing (do not discontinue physician-prescribed medications). Avoid intravenous therapies or infusions 3–7 days prior to testing.
  • Women consulting for sex hormone-related concerns (menstrual cycle disorders, infertility, PCOS, etc.) are advised to test on cycle days 19–21, or 5–7 days after ovulation if the cycle is irregular. Testing should not be performed during menstruation.
  • Immediately before the test, it is recommended to rest calmly for 10–15 minutes.

Consultation Duration and Testing Frequency

  • Initial consultation: up to 120 minutes
  • Follow-up consultations: 30–60 minutes

Blood tests are usually recommended every 3–6 months, depending on the situation and intensity of the applied plan.

What Do You Receive During the Consultation?

The consultation is designed not only to evaluate individual symptoms, but also to understand their causes within the context of the entire body. Based on objective data and your subjective well-being, a clear, individualized, and practically applicable health support pathway is created.

Comprehensive Body Analysis

Using specialized blood tests, a “map” of interactions between hormonal, nervous, immune systems, and inflammatory processes is created. This allows assessment of overall regulatory balance rather than isolated indicators.

Individualized Health Support Plan

Based on the analysis, a personalized plan is developed, which may include recommendations for:

  • nutrition and micronutrients;
  • phytotherapy (targeted plant-based preparations);
  • sleep, circadian rhythm, and physical activity adjustments;
  • additional diagnostic tests or consultations with other specialists, if needed.

Monitoring of Progress

The health plan is not static—it is adjusted according to your well-being and follow-up test results. This allows timely identification of changes and ensures long-term effectiveness of the applied approach.
