Endobiogeny
Endobiogenics – what is it?
Endobiogenics is a modern complementary medicine approach that views a person as a unified network of hormonal, nervous, and immune systems. It was developed by French physicians Dr. Jean-Claude Lapraz and Dr. Christian Duraffourd, who have spent more than four decades studying the body’s regulatory processes.Endobiogenics helps assess the body’s internal balance based on blood tests, symptom analysis, and physical examination. The focus is not only on what is disrupted, but also why – making it easier to identify the causes of chronic complaints and create an individual health-support plan.

What Makes Endobiogenics Unique?
Endobiogenics approaches a person holistically, analyzing the body’s entire regulatory mechanisms rather than isolated indicators. During a consultation, the following are assessed:- the balance of the hormonal system (thyroid, adrenal, and sex hormone activity);
- the tone of the nervous system and its response to stress and rest;
- the activity of the immune system and its tendency toward inflammation;
- the body’s ability to recover;
- the capacity to adapt to lifestyle, environment, and emotional load.
Who Can Benefit?
An endobiogenics consultation is suitable both for those experiencing symptoms and for preventive care. Patients most often seek help when they:- feel chronic fatigue or fluctuating energy levels;
- struggle with PMS, irregular cycles, or menopausal symptoms;
- experience acne, skin rashes, eczema, or allergies;
- have disrupted sleep, digestion issues, or frequent immune weakness;
- face recurring colds or inflammatory processes;
- notice mood swings, anxiety, or tension;
- find it difficult to return to normal wellbeing after stress or illness.
What Do You Receive During a Consultation?
1. Comprehensive Body Analysis
A specialized blood test is used to create a “map” of how your hormonal, nervous, and immune systems interact, as well as how inflammatory processes function.2. Personalized Wellness Plan
It may include recommendations for:- nutrition and micronutrients,
- phytotherapy (selected herbal preparations),
- adjustments to sleep, daily rhythm, and physical activity,
- additional tests or consultations with other specialists (if needed).
3. Progress Monitoring
The wellness plan is adjusted based on how you feel and the results of follow-up tests, ensuring it remains dynamic.HOW TO PREPARE FOR AN ENDOBIOGENICS BLOOD TEST?
- Arrive for the blood test before 10:00 a.m. (ideally around 9:00 a.m.).
- For 1–2 days before the test, avoid fatty foods, sweets, and alcohol. Do not eat or drink for 10–12 hours before the blood draw (you may drink only water).
- Do not smoke on the morning of the test.
- Avoid significant stress and make sure you are well rested. If you have travelled, it is recommended to perform the test at least two days after your flight.
- Avoid exercise for at least 2 days before the test. Refrain from heavy physical activity, strong massages, unusual physical strain, and invasive procedures.
- If you have had a cold (viral or bacterial) and/or have taken antibiotics, the blood test should be performed no sooner than 2 weeks after full recovery and completion of medication.
- 3–7 days before the test, discontinue supplements and vitamins (do not stop taking medications prescribed by your doctor). Also avoid intravenous infusions and drips during this period.
- Women undergoing evaluation for sex hormone disorders (menstrual irregularities, infertility, PCOS, etc.) are advised to perform the test on cycle days 19–21, or if cycles are irregular – 5–7 days after ovulation. The test should not be performed during menstrual bleeding.
Before the test, it is recommended to relax and rest for 10–15 minutes.
